The location of C&O Guest House in Lisbon is great, making it easy to access different areas of the city. the rooms are always spotless and bright, with a great view. I also appreciated the presence of a multi-channel TV and a study table in the room.

This hotel is great if you need to attend a conference at the nearby Congress Centre, as it is just a 5-minute walk away. The location is also very convenient if you're going to explore attractions like Alfama or Belem, or even take a train to the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

One minor improvement could be the breakfast, which was very simple.

I had an exceptional stay at this guest house. The communication with the hotel was easy and the hostess, Olena, was kind and considerate. She provided us with useful information and even drew us a map to help us navigate the area. The room was spacious and filled with light, and the location was very convenient for attending an event at the nearby congress center. Additionally, the staff, Olga and Olena, were both helpful and accommodating.

Everything was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, offering a relaxing environment after a long day exploring. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. I particularly enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen to prepare my own meals.

The noise level was a bit high at times, especially from street traffic and other guests in the hallways. the bed was on the firm side, which may not be to everyone's preference.

My New Year's stay was exceptional! the rooms were stylish, cozy, and full of light. the beautiful bathrooms were always clean and had soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. the well-equipped kitchen provided plenty of free coffee, tea, wine, bisquits, cereal. the friendly staff were always happy to help make us feel welcome. the location was perfect, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and a convenient bus and tram stop right in front of the hotel.

Despite the convenient location, the noise from traffic and planes was a bit bothersome at times, and I needed earplugs to sleep soundly at night. although there was no air conditioner, the room was cool enough in January that it wasn't a problem for me.

Clean and spacious family room with amazing views. The hotel is conveniently located just near the LX factory with plenty of trendy bars, shops, and restaurants within 3 min walk. Transportation is not a problem as tram and bus stops are just in front of the hotel. Parking is plenty. Away from the crazy city center but just 15min away by tram. The staff, especially Olena, was kind and helpful in providing us with maps and directions.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lisbon. the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from public transportation and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The proximity to the conference site was also a bonus. Secondly, the rooms were spotless and pleasant, with fantastic views towards the bridge. Lastly, I was impressed by the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of being able to cook and store food. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money.

The location was convenient as it was close to a train station with trains to a nearby town and just near the LX factory. It was also away from the crazy city center but just 15min away by tram. the room was clean and cozy, and the shared bathrooms were kept clean. the guest house had a good kitchen with everything you need.

The place lacked good sound insulation, and the walls were quite thin.
